Dr Hange like many young surgeons needed to operate more and more cases to sharpen skills and to increase speed in theatre and master new skills and we have reached this climax in my carrier and we are ready to operate more and more cases.
During 2023 he attended one of the most important fellowship in maxillofacial surgery the SORG academy in Germany by a sponsor from GC medicals and KLS Martin, 2024 will be a busy year with more orthognathic, oncology, cleft rhinoplasty fellowships in India.

He is the HOD of Maxillo Facial & Oral Surgery at Katutura Intermediate State hospital and continue to operate both simple and complex oncology, clefts, Trauma, gunshots and many continental maxillofacial disorders.
He is a well-rounded young surgeon who has been in practice for 4 years and have mastered most simple and complex doable procedures.
A large part of my patients are Angolan patients who remain the best patients to treat as they always question you about each an every step and they will never go to theatre without understanding informed consent.
In 2023 he established Namibian Center For cranio maxillo facial & Oral Surgery and we do outreach at the following medical centres:
